I've been using your product Bino for a while and here are my comments:
- such heaters can't be used without a bottom lid. each time when I need to change the heater place - I need at least two persons to do it, and even then it goes very unsafely and incorrectly. If the heater is hot- you can even get injuries (so we did also). one person is trying to lift the heater, the other one is trying to take the gas cylinder... It is super inconvenient.
- Secondly, the handles of the heater. They are so sharp - you get pain right away from the first lift. yeap - you should do it with some gloves but even gloves doesn't help enough. I think there should be a rounding of metal or something similar.
- last but not the least - glass cover. I'm happy with how it looks, but it should have something like holders or anything to stabilize it. Right now it has more than 1 cm of space around it and it slides from side to side when you want to move the heater. It is really unsafe, esspecialy when it's hot.

I’ve had the OVO GL summer kitchen for two months now. It sits on the terrace of our summer house and looks absolutely beautiful. I spent a long time looking for the right summer kitchen, but the OVO GL won me over. Its aesthetics were the main priority for me; it has a very airy look, and the fact that you can see right through the middle makes it feel unobtrusive—the exact opposite of those massive summer kitchens that can easily overwhelm a terrace. The OVO blends perfectly into the garden landscape. The rounded corners are a major advantage, too. Assembly was very easy and took less than an hour. From a technical standpoint, the grill suits us well—it’s not overly complicated or prone to issues, but rather simple and robust, and cleaning is easy. We connected the sink to both hot and cold water lines and the main drainage system, which makes using it in the garden ideal. The trash bin, champagne cooler, and cutting board are excellent, and even the included tools are high quality. One thing that could be improved is the noise the kitchen makes if you give it a shake; the sound isn't quite perfect. Overall, however, we are extremely happy with the OVO GL and can highly recommend it: superb quality and an amazing design! Greetings from Berlin, Carsten.

Very Happy with my Planika Faro on the terrace! Had to buy another connection compatible to Swedish gasbottles and 37 mbar can’t be found here, but 30 mbar works just as well in my opinion! As all burners it makes a small constant noice! But I was prepared for that! Very well packed and easy to assemble all ny my self! Read more

Das Produkt kam gestern. Erster Eindruck: Sehr gut verpackt! Stabiler Außenkarton, diverse kleine Schaumgummi Ecken (kein großflächiger Müll!), ansonsten Pappe als Verpackung. Die Scheiben stabil, teilweise mit Holz zur Stabilisierung, verpackt. Gute, deutsche Aufbauanleitung und Betriebshinweise. Aber der Aufbau wäre auch ohne diese intuitiv denkbar einfach! Nur die Räder (Feststeller vorhanden) mit beiliegendem Schlüssel befestigen, Lavasteine verteilen, die Scheiben in die Führungen stecken, Deckel drauf, fertig! Gasflasche anschließen, Dichtigkeitskontrolle, mit Piezo starten (Batterie ist vormontiert) und schon hat man ein schönes Flammenbild auch schon bei niedrigster Einstellung (geringerer Gas Verbrauch!) Das Glas wird laut Hersteller 100° Grad heiß, was verständlich ist. Der Deckel wurde natürlich ebenfalls heiß. Gemessen nach 10 Minuten Betrieb 110° Grad. Ca. 30 cm oberhalb des Deckels fühlt man die Wärme, aber mir scheint da keine Gefahr für eine Markise zu bestehen, die 60 cm oberhalb des Deckels hängt. Temperatur der Markise nach 10 Minuten Betrieb 15° bei gleicher Außentemperatur und leichtem Wind. Die Oberflächen sind nahtlos ohne Nieten oder Schrauben. Das sieht besser aus als bei vergleichbaren Produkten. Die Schutzhülle sieht stabil aus mit Reißverschluss. Der Hersteller kommt offenbar aus Polen, nicht aus China. Das Produkt ist deutlich teurer, als vergleichbare Produkte anderer Verkäufer, aber mir scheint die Qualität und das Aussehen den Preis wert zu sein. Im Dunklen gab es dann ein sehr schönes Licht. Die Wärmestrahlung in die Umgebung ist eher gering. Also als "Heizung" eher weniger geeignet. Mal abwarten, wie das ist, wenn die Markise und der Seitenwindschutz aufgebaut ist. } Hola, quería responder a algunos comentarios sobre el gas que se apaga de vez en cuando. Esto sucede probablemente porque no habéis utilizado los pequeños plásticos que deben colocarse sobre los cristales. Estos plásticos evitan que la tapa cierre completamente el espacio, permitiendo la entrada de oxígeno necesario para mantener la llama encendida. Si la llama no recibe suficiente oxígeno, el sistema de seguridad corta el gas automáticamente. Aseguraos de instalar correctamente esos plásticos y veréis que la llama se mantendrá encendida hasta que la apaguéis manualmente. Para aumentar el calor, yo coloqué solo dos cristales en lugar de todos, y la diferencia se nota muchísimo. Y sí, el producto incluye un adaptador para España. ¡Espero que os sea útil! Read more

} Der Kamin ist wirklich sehr schön und hochwertig. Weiterhin ist der Kundenservice hervorragend. Nach einem halben Jahr sind 2 Scheiben zersprungen. Wahrscheinlich lag ein Transportschaden vor, welchen wir nicht bemerkt hatten. Der Lieferant hat uns die Scheiben freundlicherweise kostenfrei zugesandt obwohl diese in der normalen Garantie nicht enthalten sind. Das nenne ich mal perfekten Kundenservice. Einfach top!!!
