Yes, Planika patio heaters are weather-resistant. For additional protection, we offer a dedicated waterproof cover. Thanks to the wheels, the heater can easily be moved into storage for longer periods.

Yes, Planika patio heaters can be safely used in the rain. Their surface is resistant to moisture, thanks to double galvanization and powder coating. For extended exposure to heavy rain, we recommend using a protective cover for added durability.

How is the patio heater delivered?

Planika patio heaters are delivered in a cardboard box, with all parts stored inside the base of the unit. Assembly is quick and simple, and you can watch our instructional video to see how easy it is to set up.

Planika patio heaters are manufactured in Poland and meet the requirements of European directives regarding gas appliances.

What is the minimum distance between the patio heater and the roof on a covered terrace?

You must maintain a safe distance from flammable materials—at least 0.3 m around the heater and 1 m above it.

Can I use a Planika patio heater indoors?

Planika patio heaters can be successfully used in covered outdoor spaces such as gazebos, tents, or pergolas, provided that at least 25% of the area is open. Heating is best felt in such enclosed spaces.

Is the patio heater under warranty?

Yes, the manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty on Planika patio heaters from the date of purchase.

Are the glass panels on the patio heater hot to the touch?

Yes, the glass panels can get hot, reaching temperatures of up to 100°C. It’s important to keep this in mind, especially when children or pets are nearby.

How long does a gas cylinder last in a Planika patio heater?

The duration of a gas cylinder depends on the size and the flame intensity, but generally, an 11 kg gas cylinder can last up to 55 hours when used at a lower flame setting.

What type of gas can I use for my Planika patio heater?
