CAN FARO PATIO HEATER BE FIXED TO THE SURFACE?
Yes, you can mount Faro gas heater permanently anywhere on your terrace using mounting anchors (not included).
CAN I PUT ANY DECORATIVE ELEMENTS AROUND THE FIRE?
While you can decorate your fireplace using fire-resistant elements with keeping a safe distance from fire and glass panels, we do not recommend it. In some cases, the decorative elements may become dirty from soot and even break the glass panels.
DOES FARO PATIO HEATER HAVE A REMOTE CONTROL?
Faro gas heater isn’t controlled remotely but the intuitive piezo ignition makes it easy to turn the gas heater on and off.

CAN I USE IT AROUND CHILDREN?
Parts such as hood or glass panels may become very hot and it is advisable to keep it away from children.
ARE THE GLASS PANELS GETTING HOT?
Yes, the glass screens may get hot (up to 100 degrees Celsius).
CAN I USE FARO OUTDOOR GAS FIREPLACE WITHOUT GLASS SHIELDS?
No, glass shields are intended to stabilize the fire and protect it from any air blows and it is not advisable to use Faro without them.
WHAT GAS REGULATOR SHOULD I USE?
Accordingly to the destination of use, Faro gas heater is delivered with a relevant gas regulator.
IS A GAS CYLINDER INCLUDED?
No, Faro patio heater is delivered without a gas cylinder.

CAN I USE FARO PATIO HEATER IN WINTER?
Patio heater is the perfect device to slightly warm you up a little in the winter while spending time on your terrace. Please mind sometimes, at severe weather conditions the gas in the cylinder condenses and you may experience problems with starting up the fire.
CAN I USE FARO PATIO HEATER IN THE RAIN?
We ensured your Faro patio heater will be safe in the rain. Its surface is resistant to humidity with its double galvanized and powder coating. Useprotective cover for longer exposure to rain.
WHAT MUST BE THE MINIMUM DISTANCE BETWEEN FARO AND ROOF ON A COVERED TERRACE?
Faro patio heater can be placed anywhere you want! It is however important to keep a safe distance from flammable materials – at least 0.3m around the patio heater and 1m above it.
CAN I USE FARO GAS HEATER INDOORS?
The Faro outdoor fireplace can be successfully used in roofed outdoor spaces with at least 25% of the surface open. Heat is best felt in covered spaces like roofed gazebos, tents, terraces or pergolas.
