How we verify reviews

At Planika, every published review reflects a genuine customer experience. Here is exactly how we collect and verify reviews on this store.

Only verified buyers are invited

Review invitations are sent exclusively to customers who completed a purchase in our store. We do not accept reviews submitted by people who have not bought the product, and we do not purchase or import third-party reviews.

How the invitation works

After your order is delivered, we send a single email invitation to the address used at checkout. Product reviews are collected through Judge.me and are marked as "Verified purchase". Company reviews are collected through Trustpilot, an independent review platform - your email is shared with Trustpilot for this purpose only if you gave us your consent in the cart.

No paid reviews, no filtering

• We do not pay for positive reviews and no reward ever depends on the rating. If a limited promotion offers a reward for leaving a review, the same reward applies to every honest review, regardless of its score, and the promotion is clearly disclosed.
• We publish both positive and negative reviews. We do not filter, hide or reorder reviews based on their rating.
• We do not edit the content of customer reviews.

Removing a review

We only remove reviews that are unlawful, contain personal data of third parties, advertising, or content unrelated to the purchased product. In such cases the removal is logged together with its reason.
