FAQs

What fuel is used in the Faro patio heater?

The Faro patio heater is powered by LPG/propane gas from a cylinder.

How long does the Faro patio heater run on a single cylinder?

The running time depends on the capacity of the connected gas cylinder and the selected heat output level. At a lower flame setting, an 11 kg cylinder can provide up to 55 hours of continuous operation.

Is the Faro patio heater mobile?

Yes, the Faro patio heater is fully mobile. Thanks to its wheels with an additional brake, you can place it anywhere on your patio and easily reposition it whenever needed.

Does the Faro patio heater have flame control?

Yes, the Faro patio heater has a knob to adjust the flame intensity and heat output.

Can the Faro patio heater be used in winter?

Yes, the Faro patio heater can be used in winter. It emits heat that improves comfort on the patio during colder days. Please note, however, that it does not replace conventional heating and is not intended to heat an entire space in very low temperatures. For winter use, we recommend using a propane gas cylinder, which ensures reliable operation even in freezing conditions.

Is the Faro patio heater resistant to outdoor conditions?

Yes, the Faro patio heater is made of materials resistant to rust and moisture. For extra protection, we recommend using the dedicated cover included in the set.

Will the Faro patio heater work in the rain?

Yes, the Faro patio heater works in the rain as well. Please note, however, that during prolonged rainfall, or if water floods the burner, the flame may go out.

Is the Faro patio heater wind-resistant?

Yes, the Faro patio heater is designed to keep burning during wind gusts. In addition, it is fitted with a canopy and glass shields that provide extra protection against wind. However, if the flame goes out due to strong wind, the safety sensor will cut off the gas supply.

Can the Faro patio heater be used in an enclosed space?

The Faro patio heater can be successfully used in covered outdoor spaces such as gazebos, tents or pergolas, provided that at least 25% of the area is open and allows free air circulation.

Can I use the Faro patio heater without the glass shields?

No, the glass shields must always be installed during operation. The shields stabilize the flame, protect it from gusts of air and increase the safety of use.

Are the glass panels in the Faro patio heater hot to the touch?

Yes, the glass panels heat up during operation, which is a natural effect of the fire.

Can I place decorative elements around the fire in the Faro patio heater?

The Faro patio heater comes with dedicated black stones that not only serve a decorative function but also ensure proper operation and enhance the visual effect of the flame. No decorations other than the dedicated ones may be used.

What is the minimum distance between the Faro patio heater and the roof on a covered patio?

A safe distance of 1 metre must be maintained.

Is the Faro patio heater delivered with a gas cylinder?

No, the gas cylinder is not included. The Faro patio heater is compatible with LPG/propane cylinders and the type of regulator used in your country.

Is the gas cylinder in the Faro patio heater hidden inside the housing?

Yes, in the Faro patio heater the gas cylinder is hidden inside the housing, and the whole unit remains visually consistent and ready to use without additional accessories.

Does the Faro patio heater require a chimney?

No, the Faro patio heater does not require any chimney installation.

Is the Faro patio heater suitable for hotel and restaurant spaces?

Yes, Faro patio heaters are often used in restaurant gardens, hotel terraces, beach bars and winter gardens, serving not only as heaters but as an attractive decorative element.

The unit is partially assembled, which means that after unpacking you only need to complete a few simple steps to prepare it for use. This makes assembly quick, intuitive and requires no specialist tools.

Is the Faro patio heater covered by a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on our products, counted from the date of purchase.
